From one company to a Group rail

Engr. Ovome incorporates AMVIDAD Property & Investment Ltd - the first company in what becomes the Zindor Group, and the start of a track record in disciplined execution.
- 2024
The Group consolidates its companies under the unified Zindor identity. Payments is identified as the connective layer the Group's customers keep asking for.
- 2025
ZinPay is incubated inside Zindor Group. Product, engineering, and compliance teams are assembled in Lagos; partner and regulatory groundwork begins.
- 2026
Phased rollout begins - wallets, transfers, and bill payments first, with the POS and agent network onboarding across Lagos and Abuja.

Founder and Group Chairman of the Zindor Group, the parent of ZinPay. A multidisciplinary engineer with almost 30 years of experience spanning petroleum engineering, civil engineering, energy infrastructure, real estate development, and financial technology. B.Eng (Hons) Civil & Petroleum Engineering, M.Sc Engineering Management, and M.Eng Geotechnical Engineering, all from the University of Benin. Member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).
